He’s really nice and approachable. Class (individual tax) consists of going over problem sets. Homework takes a lot of time and we flew through the material, we had 2 weeks to spare at the end. He put a 17 person class on the regular curve, which gave it a lower curve than Logue’s 60+ person class. Also, you’re not allowed to P/F.
Corporate Tax: Almost entirely a problem-based class (i.e., little lecture, lots of working through problems). Fair amount of outside work required, but you’ll know the law when you’re done.
