  1. Really sweet guy. Kimball seems to be pretty loved, and it’s easy to see why — he’s really kind and down to earth. His classes aren’t the most riveting, but he’s been in practice a while and has a wealth of knowledge to share. His assignments in Transactional Drafting helped me understand the material better, and he does a good job of providing feedback. Otherwise, class is pretty lowkey with him. Easy to recommend him to anyone, especially if you need a lighter class in your schedule.

  2. I agree with the last review except I didn’t feel this was a light class. I’d say it was medium in workload.

  3. Took Transactional Drafting with him. Great guy, lots of experience, although monotonous in class. His grades are good. There are a lot of readings but you don’t really need to do them. You do have to complete the assignments, and you will have one per week, although only 4 of them graded. That makes that class not that light. That class is especially useful if you have no prior experience. If you already have transactional experience, then you won’t find it so helpful. Overall, I would recommend him.

  4. Took Transactional Drafting with him. He is wonderful. Very kind and good humored. Provides very helpful feedback. Class is light-medium workload. 4 graded assignments and a bunch of ungraded exercises. Usually you have one assignment a week but it isn’t a huge lift (some are longer than others). Workload is especially light in the last couple of weeks before the end of the semester (which is a gift).

  5. Negotiation: on one hand the class was very light workload and an easy A-, but on the other hand I thought the class was fairly useless. Kimball is a very sweet and kind-hearted man, but the lectures were unbelievably boring and even when you could pay attention, it was not quite clear what he was talking about. Just random rambling about off topic things which is fine, but never had any rhyme or reason. I used a priority on it for the easy grade and light workload, but wish it was at least a little more useful.
