  1. Price is a phenomenal Professor who is down to earth and cares a lot for his students. I am taking Patent Law with Price now and am really enjoying the course despite having absolutely no STEM or patent law background. Prof. Price is careful to ensure that questions are answered, and clearly puts a lot of thought and preparation into class. He is also aware that students are people, and will do his best to make sure his students are *happy* people. If you are on the fence about a class Price is taking, TAKE IT!

  2. Professor Price is hands down my favorite professor at the law school. I think he is one of those people that was born to teach – he is an incredibly dynamic and engaging lecturer, organizes information very well, and keeps class on track! I took Health Law, IP Survey, and am now in the Innovations in Life Science seminar with him. Health Law and IP Survey are primarily lecture-based with a healthy amount of cold-calling; the seminar is more class discussion which unfortunately means less time that Price is talking, but it’s still a great class. He genuinely cares about getting to know students; normally he takes students out to lunch in groups and also has an end-of-semester cocktail party at his house. I cannot recommend Professor Price enough!

  3. Professor price could teach a class on paint drying at 8am on a Friday and still find a way to make it fun and interesting. I took him for IP survey. He is especially good at explaining complicated machines or processes in simple terms letting you focus on the underlying IP law.

  4. I had Price for torts, and he is one of the best professors I’ve ever had. I left class every day with a very clear understanding of what I was supposed to take away. He also responds to student questions extremely well. I think some law school professors give “politician” answers where they only sort of answer your questions, but Price was really intent on making sure he was actually answering the question you were asking. If he didn’t know, he admitted that and took the effort to look into it and get back to you, which shows a kind of academic humility that I really appreciated.
