  1. Oday is a fantastic clinical professor. The seminar is all interesting material. Moreover, it is practical stuff that you will use one day if you go into environmental law. The real star though is the clinical work. Oday finds interesting projects (including non-litigation options) that require a lot of substantive work. Initially, it may seem like he is not giving you much guidance or support as you start of the project, but really, he is carefully guiding you on how to manage a large legal research project interdependently and take ownership of it. In other words, he is teaching you how to function in the real world as a lawyer, which is applicable no matter what you end up doing with your degree.
